Making an appointment is easy:
- Select a date in the calendar below up to a month in advance
- Complete the following form with your information
- Your physiotherapist will contact you to confirm the appointment details
When you submit the form, you will receive an email acknowledging your request. Online bookings are not finalized until a PTology representative contacts you to confirm the date and time of your appointment.
Please note that although we strive for accuracy, we may sometimes be busier than the calendar indicates. This booking system is for initial assessments only; subsequent treatments will be scheduled directly with your physiotherapist.
